1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,00,000 and its amount shall be 12% per annum from December 1, 2008 to October 31, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

On June 27, 2008, the Suwon District Court Sung-nam Branch 2008Kahap1589, which the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant, a judicial compromise was established with the effect that “the Defendant shall pay 57 million won to the Plaintiff jointly and severally with C by November 30, 2008. If the Defendant’s delayed performance with respect to the above payment obligation, the amount calculated by deducting the money paid from the above 57 million won until the due date, and the amount calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the due date until the due date of full payment shall be paid in 1 million won as of the last day of each month.”

However, the defendant and C did not pay any amount to the plaintiff after the settlement.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 57,00,000 won with 12% per annum from December 1, 2008 to October 31, 2018 and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
