Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is the representative director of the incorporated association in Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and Defendant B is a corporation incorporated for the purpose of operating the project team of the ecological return school.
2. Defendant A’s crime related to Defendant A’s crime was selected as a subsidized project operator with the name of “F development project” supervised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism around April 2007 and established a “H school” by completely remodeling the closed school located in Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and establishing the “H school” after having been granted a national subsidy of KRW 340 million in total as well as a local government subsidy, and then the construction of facilities such as rooftop waterproof construction for the above H school was necessary during the operation of the E school, I school, and J., there was a need for installation of waterproof and convenience facilities due to water leakage, etc. from the Ssi-gun, Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around June 17, 2010.
