The defendant shall be innocent.

Punishment of the crime

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant served as the head of the management office of the Sejong-si apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

A person who intends to operate a sports facility business, such as a golf practice course business and physical training course business, in violation of the Installation and Utilization of Sports Facilities Act, shall prepare facilities and report to the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. However, from June 1, 2013 to November 1, 2013, the Defendant installed 40 fitness units, such as 14 learning machines, and 9 for indoor golf practice facilities, without reporting to the head of Sejong Special Self-Governing City, and used the fitness center and driving range (hereinafter “instant physical training center”).

B. A person who intends to run a rest restaurant business in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall report to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu by type of business or type of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. However, the Defendant, on the second floor of the instant apartment complex from June 1, 2013 to October 10, 2013, sold the instant apartment to neighboring residents, such as mechono, Kacono, Kacno, and so on, without reporting to the Sejong Special Self-Governing City Mayor, without reporting to the head of Sejong Special Self-Governing City.

2.
