1. As to KRW 75,01,593 and its KRW 64,501,593 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall from May 11, 2018 to May 29, 2019.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The provisions pertaining to statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019. Since the statutory interest rate under the Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the excess portion is dismissed.

In addition, with respect to KRW 10,500,00 extended to the claim of August 26, 2019 and the application for change of the cause of the claim, only damages for delay calculated by the rate under the Civil Act until August 28, 2019, which is the delivery date of the copy of the above document, shall be recognized.
