A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on June 19, 2017.

1. The criminal defendant who embezzleds possession deserted articles at the end of June 2017, in the same year;

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Larceny;

A. On July 3, 2017, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) placed “G” stores operated by the victim F in the Busan subway E Station underground shopping district located in Busan High-gu; (b) placed one handbag in the market price equivalent to KRW 13,000 in the victim’s possession, which was displayed in the front of the said store.

B. At the date and time stated in the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant: (a) had three books in total equivalent to KRW 29,970 in the market price of each of the “1,520 won in the case of the Plaintiff, who is in the display zone, in the first street in Busan, and the amount equivalent to KRW 11,520 in the market price of the Plaintiff, who was in the display zone; (b) 8,550 won in the market price; and (c) 9,900 in the case of the English language pattern,” which is equivalent to KRW 9,90 in the market price.

On July 9, 2017, the Defendant, at around 12:00 in Busan East-gu, 1324, had one cell phone of 50,000 gallon of Samsung Fallon, which is owned by the victim J, under the influence of alcohol, had 8,00,000 won in the market price of the victim J.

On July 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, at the store of “L” operated by the victim K in the underground shopping districts as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), suffers from the front display stand.
