1. 피해자 C에 대한 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법위반( 공중 밀집장소에서의 추행) 피고인은 2015. 8. 10. 08:01 경 서울 강서구 D에 있는 E 역에서부터 서울 영등포구 F에 있는 G 역에 이르기까지 지하철 9호 선 전동차 내에서 약 4분 동안 피해자 C( 여, 22세) 의 등 뒤에 몸을 밀착시키고 피의자의 성기를 피해 자의 엉덩이에 비볐다.
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the subway train, which is a place where the public is concentrated.
2. 피해자 H에 대한 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법위반( 공중 밀집장소에서의 추행) 피고인은 2015. 08. 10. 08:15 경 서울 영등포구 F에 있는 G 역에서부터 서울 영등포구 I에 있는 J 역에 이르기까지 지하철 9호 선 전동차 내에서 약 3분 동안 피해자 H( 여, 30세) 의 등 뒤에 몸을 밀착시키고 성기를 피해 자의 엉덩이에 비볐다.
