Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the defendants are above four years from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2017, the Defendants, the same workplace club, e.g., 03:00, drinked alcohol at “I”, along with the victim F (name, 25 years of age), the victim’s friendly G with the victim’s friendly G, and Defendant A, at around 05:15 on the same day, left Defendant B and the above G in the drinking house and sent Defendant B a text message with “K” located in the same GuJ, where both of which are the victim and the victim.
