Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) written up a notice stating that he sells mobile game Liba 2 leba (W.imicorp.com) in the item unit (www) and received contact from the victim B to purchase it.

However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the game account to the injured party.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 1,700,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in C’s name.
