[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to conduct fee-charging job placement services shall register with the competent authority;

The defendant, without registering with the competent authority, provided an airline ticket by introducing women living in Korea or abroad, such as Russia and Thailand's nationality, etc., and thereafter, sent the above women entering Incheon Airport to the entertainment tavern in each place of the country as an employee, and received the money in the name of introduction expenses.
