Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2016, around 13:20 on September 21, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in front of the "D Mart" located in Busan, Busan, the Defendant: (a) faced the head of the victim E twice by hand without any particular reason; (b) shicker’s disease; (c) shicker’s disease in the part of the injured party; and (d) threatened the victim as they threaten.

Accordingly, the defendant committed assault against the victim.
