A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on July 21, 2020, at the Seongbuk-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (b) sought complaints from the victim C (the 48-year old) and his children, who were divorced two years prior to the Defendant’s arrival; (c) sought to enter the residence of the victim living on the 2nd floor; (d) but the main gate was locked, thereby damaging the said gate, which is managed by the victim, by appending the correction device, and destroying the gate so that the gate, which is managed by the victim, can be destroyed; and (d) the said gate, which was opened on the 2nd floor through the stairs, was broken by drinking the glass door installed at the 2nd floor; and (e) damaged the 110,000 won in the cost of repairing each of the above glass windows managed by the victim by destroying it by the same method as the entrance door.

2. In response to the date, time, place, as described in the above paragraph (1) above, the Defendant violated the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s living room in his/her dwelling place against the victim C, the victim D (24 years old, 25 years old, 25 years old) and the victim E (25 years old)’s will to damage the glass of the main gate and entrance, and releasing the correction devices.

3. The Defendant, at the time, at the place, and on the grounds stated in the above paragraph (1) above, sold bomb oil, which is an object dangerous to the head of the Defendant, based on the reason stated in the above paragraph (1), and used the above oil tank (capacity 133ml) on one hand, while carrying a portable bomb in the bomb, and threatened the victims by “the dead....................................................... were threatened by the victims,

Accordingly, the defendant carried a disposable oil and oil for filling a dangerous object and threatened the victims.
