A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant who intrudes upon his residence on August 30, 2016, at the victim D’s residence located in 009:20, around 09:20, and was in an internal relationship with the Defendant as the victim D’s wife at the victim D’s residence.

E enter the D's house, and upon the request of E to bring the clothes of E and son F to the south of the son, they opened the string door door electronic key from E and intruded into the victim's residence and into the victim's residence.

2. In front of the residence of the victim D(45 years) at around 09:38 on the same day as paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) she was knee part of the victim D (45 years); (b) she was knee due to the Defendant’s leaving the said G K5 car with the said E; (c) the victim was aware of the victim F (4 years) who she was her own child; (d) the victim got off the front of the said vehicle; and (e) the victim was sent to the victim and 37 meters away on the part of the given vehicle, which is a dangerous article, and (e) the victim was knee part of the victim D’s kne, leading the victim D to the ground floor; and (e) knee part of the victim D’s kne is continuously faced with the front part of the said vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant committed an injury to the victim D on both slocks, slocks, etc., which require approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time attempted to inflict an injury on the victim F (4 ) but the victim D attempted to commit an attempted injury on the wind that the victim F.
