Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 Gohap300] The Defendant was in a relationship with the victim D (one's name, one's age, 41).

1. On February 19, 2019, from around 17:40 to 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to engage in sexual intercourse at the N building in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and the house of the victim in subparagraph (O); and (b) refused it; (c) the victim took Handphones on the floor where the victim took a bath while taking a bath; and (d) assaulted the victim by taking the arms and shoulder of the victim in his/her hand, as he/she gets at the time when he/she gets the victim from drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. On November 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim with a knife, which is a dangerous object, at the Suwon District Court on September 12, 2018; and (b) assaulted the victim on October 17, 2018.

“Adembling the victim’s house from April 2019 to the 7th day of the same month from the beginning of April 2019 to the day of the same month, “Adembling the victim’s house” means, “Adembling the victim’s house from April 1, 2019 to the day of the same month, the victim demanded the revocation of and agreement on the case under the trial as above, and “Adembling the victim’s house, whether the victim should not withdraw the complaint, or not to withdraw all the related cases.” If the case was not withdrawn, the victim’s sembling, whether the Defendant would not withdraw the complaint, or not be the end of the weather year, or not, and if the victim would not withdraw the complaint, the victim’s will act for drinking on the ground of drinking.”
