When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in Seoul Northern District Court (Indecent Acts at Public Smuggling Places) and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 19, 201 of the same year, and the Defendant did not submit the personal information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the domicile of his/her personal information within 30 days from the date the said judgment becomes final and conclusive,
