around 13:50 on January 10, 2019, the Defendant driven a E-Poter truck without a driver’s license, with approximately 2 km volume from the front of the village of Bosung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun to the front of the Dridge located in C.

On October 18, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on October 18, 2006. On March 18, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime. On November 16, 2015, the court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime at the same court on November 16, 2015. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and on February 17, 2016.
