A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 51) are married with the couple, and they are currently in divorce litigation.

1. Violence;

Around 00:00 on May 5, 2017, the Defendant, at the same place on May 5, 2017, assaulted the victim’s body in several times and several times by hand, on the ground that the Defendant returned home, and the victim was locked in his room.

E. The Defendant stated in the indictment on June 19, 2017 as “ June 9, 2017,” but this appears to be an error in “ June 19, 2017,” and corrected ex officio without any changes in the indictment.”

2. On July 24, 2017, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) misunderstanding that, at the same place, the victim calls with the water purifier’s articles and phone calls; (b) citing metal smelling expenses in the kitchen, the victim inflicted bodily injury on the victim, such as the victim’s impairment of the second skin of the days of treatment in the number of days of treatment.
