A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant who injured the victim H was at the time of the victim’s removal from the victim when she was in motion, as set forth in paragraph 1, she saw the victim’s fat, she was fatd by her hand, she was fatd up the victim’s fat, she was fatd over the next floor, and she was fatd over the victim’s bating the bat, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as the upper bats, bats and satds, and tensions, which require approximately two-day medical treatment.

3. The Defendant: (a) inflicted injury on the Victim G or damaged property by the Defendant, when she was trying to restrain the victim from doing so; (b) taken the victim’s grandchildren once by her hair; (c) inflicted injury on the victim’s face, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment on the part of the victim at once, such as chromosomes and tensions; and (d) damaged the victim’s inner diameter of KRW 400,00,000 at the market price owned by the victim at the same time.
