1. First, Defendant A’s grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding Defendant A guilty of all the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence

In addition, the argument that Defendant A’s act constitutes a justifiable act is asserted only in the final appeal that Defendant A’s act is the grounds for appeal, or that the lower court did not consider it as the subject of ex officio judgment, and it does not constitute a legitimate ground for appeal.

2. Next, Defendant B’s appeal is examined.

Defendant

B did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
