Summary of Evidence

In light of the following circumstances acknowledged according to the records of this case, namely, that the defendant did not have registered the establishment of a brokerage office, and that the defendant stated "C and the broker's name: A" and stated the defendant's telephone number in contact address, and then posted a lease advertisement of a building as stated in the judgment, it is reasonable to view that the defendant, who is not a broker, advertised the object of brokerage for the purpose of running the brokerage business.
