1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 31, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Upon the request of the defendant and on January 4, 2013, the plaintiff loaned KRW 100,00,000 to the defendant on January 4, 2013 can be acknowledged in full view of the evidence No. 1, No. 2, and the whole purport of the pleadings as to the witness B’s testimony. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delay damages at the rate of KRW 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 31, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
