Punishment of the crime

1. On February 18, 2013, the Defendant purchased a set of one set of reproduced-learning passenger cars equivalent to KRW 13.2 million in the market price in Suwon-si B at Suwon-si around February 18, 2013, and made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would lend KRW 12.9 million out of the price for a passenger car, and pay KRW 273,453 each month from March 25, 2013 to February 25, 2018 to employees of Hyundai Capital Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd.” to the effect that “The Defendant would pay KRW 273,453 each month for 60 months from February 25, 2018.”

However, since the defendant was scheduled to depart from Canada through the United States without a certain revenue, he was immediately sold to purchase a car and did not have the intention or ability to fully repay the principal and interest of the loan.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim pay KRW 12,90,000 as the price for the passenger car of the above C, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the above amount.

2. On February 22, 2013, the Defendant purchased one small-scale car with the amount of KRW 27,300,000 in the E located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “on the face of a week from March 25, 2013 to February 25, 2018, the Defendant would pay KRW 451,475 per month for 60 months from March 25, 2013 to February 25, 2018.”

However, since the defendant was scheduled to depart from Canada through the United States without a certain revenue, he was immediately sold to purchase a car and did not have any intention or ability to fully repay the principal and interest of the loan.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim pay KRW 21,80,000 to the above E as the price for a small passenger car in the above E, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the above amount.
