A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On February 28, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.134% around 12:45, while under the influence of alcohol, and driven the said car at a 0.134% at a e.g., 57km away from the e.g., Honam Highway, which is in the e.g., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e. the e.

At the time, the Defendant followed the victim C(the age of 27) driving car, and therefore, the Defendant was obliged to maintain an appropriate distance and operate the front door well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to discover the victim C's lurged car in advance without neglecting such duty of care, and the Defendant shocked the back part of the victim C's lurged car with the front part of the sturged car driven by the Defendant.
