1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 4,646,40 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from April 2, 2016 to August 8, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling high-pressure gas, selling liquefied petroleum gas, etc., and the Defendant A leased caters (C; hereinafter “instant caters”) owned by the Plaintiff while running equipment leasing and leasing business. Defendant B is an employee of Defendant A who drives the instant caters according to Defendant A’s instructions.
B.
