When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the borrower of the vehicle B, and C is the borrower of the D vehicle.

On December 22, 2018, at around 23:00, the Defendant stopped his own vehicle at the center of the road and obstructed the passage of other vehicles by putting on emergency lights on the alleyway side of the F in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, and trying to park a vehicle at the same level as C’s low-speed vehicle and without turning on it.
