Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Chuncheon District Court's original branch on June 12, 2008, and on July 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a period of ten years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).
