1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) indicated in the attached Form 1, 2, 3.0 square meters, among the 704 square meters of land in the area of 704 square meters in the area of Jeonnam-gun, Namnam,
Reasons
The principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed to have been filed.
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of ownership transfer (sale on June 9, 1999) was completed in the name of E, the Defendant’s attached on November 9, 1993, with respect to the previous 704 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun (hereinafter “instant land”), and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of E, the Defendant’s attached on June 11, 1999. After the death of E, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendant on July 5, 2002.
나. 원고는 1995. 8. 29.경부터 이 사건 토지 중 별지 도면1 표시 ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅂ, ㅅ, ㄴ¹, ㄷ¹, ㄹ¹, ㅁ¹, ㅂ¹, ㄱ의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 가 부분 325㎡(이하 ‘이 사건 계쟁 토지 부분’이라 한다)를 점유하기 시작하여 이 사건 변론종결일 현재까지 점유하고 있고, 이 사건 계쟁 토지 부분 중 별지 도면2 표시 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 1의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 가 부분 84㎡ 지상에는 원고가 설치한 축사(이하 ‘이 사건 축사’라 한다)가 있다.

2. The parties' assertion
A. Although the instant land, including the Plaintiff’s land in the instant dispute, was owned by D on the registry, it was actually owned by F from his fleet. The Plaintiff purchased the part of the instant dispute from F on August 29, 1995, and possessed it in a peaceful manner with its intention to own it for not less than 20 years from that time.
