A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On April 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution due to the charge of forging private documents at the Changwon District Court, and the judgment was finalized on the 18th of the same month.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On December 24, 2012, the Defendant indicated the “C” in the column of the debtor’s name of “C”, “D” in the resident number column, “D Jin-si E” in the loan amount column, “Y thousand Won (50,000,000)” in the contract date column, “24 December 24, 2012” in the contract date column, and affixed C seal prepared in advance to the name of “C” in the contract date column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the standard loan transaction agreement in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. 2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above-mentioned 1-A, committed a forged transaction standard agreement with the victim H by the representative director of G Co., Ltd. who is aware of the forgery.
