1. At the same time, the Defendant received KRW 143,540,000 from the Plaintiff:

A. The plaintiff can also be seen as the plaintiff's head of Suwon-gu C apartment.

B. On October 31, 2019, the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office received a notice from the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office on the sale price of the above apartment.

As a result, the Plaintiff agreed to purchase the sales right of this case held by the Defendant and to set the contract terms through a licensed real estate agent G, both the Plaintiff and the Defendant, on November 1, 2019, with a total of KRW 183,540,000, and the down payment is KRW 20,000,000.

E. Accordingly, on November 1, 2019, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 10,000,000, out of the down payment, to the Defendant’s bank account delivered from G by a licensed real estate agent G.

Meanwhile, a licensed real estate agent G sent the following text messages to both the Plaintiff and the Defendant immediately after confirming that the Plaintiff transferred down payment to the Defendant’s bank account.

The real estate agent G sent text messages to both the Plaintiff and the Defendant stating that the remaining payment date of the sales and the date of the change in the name of the sales right of this case is “3 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2019” and that the place of change in the name is “Ycheon-dong H Bank.”

In addition, a licensed real estate agent G notified the purchaser of the documents necessary for the change of name (such as a certificate of seal impression, a certified copy of resident registration, and a certificate of employment) to the Plaintiff, and in particular, the seller notified the purchaser of the documents necessary for the change of name (such as a sale contract and a certificate of personal seal for sale) as well as the purchaser

G. Meanwhile, on November 8, 2019, the Plaintiff is the Defendant.
