A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On March 1, 2019, the Defendant, at the lower end of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the earth’s residence, putting in an electronic tobacco liquid quantity, 2-3 times to smoke, and then put about 0.05g g of the Megatop, which is a psychotropic drug in the pipe of a glass material, into a pipe of the Megatop, put about 0.05g of the Megatop (hereinafter “lotophone”), and administered the smoke through a pipe.

B. On May 20, 2019, around 19:47, the Defendant kept approximately 1.1g of chophonephones, 0.8g of chophones contained in plastic bags, 1g of chophonephones contained in plastic bags, and 3.7g of chophones contained in plastic bags, and chophones contained in plastic bags, and kept approximately 0.2g of chophones contained in plastic bags in the above residence, and possessed approximately 1.1g of chophones, 2 chophones, and 4.7g of chophones in plastic bags.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On March 29, 2019, the Defendant, who was parked in the D hotel parking lot at Suwon-si, was issued with 79.1g philopon from E in the Defendant’s CKan-si car and 18 popon, psychotropic drugs, MDMA (one-day X-si; hereinafter “X-si”), and received philopon and X-si.

B. On April 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) put about 1g of opphones into pipes of glass materials several times at the place of residence described in paragraph (a) of 1, 2019; (b) laid the opphones into pipes of glass materials; and (c) opened the opphones via pipes, and administered the opphones via pipes.

3. On May 19, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) put in a pipe of glass 0.1g of marijuana at the franchisel located in the Shin-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
