Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-priced vehicle B.

On March 7, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car on March 7, 2013, and proceeded at a speed of about 10km in speed of 3 km between the two intersections in front of the National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City 3 National Assembly, Yeongdeungpo-do, and the two parallels in front of the 3rd intersections in the direction of the Western intersection.

Any person who drives a motor vehicle is driving in violation of the signal, despite the fact that he/she has a duty of care to observe the signal and to prevent an accident with a pedestrian who gets on the crosswalk by entering the intersection and keeping his/her front and rear left well, by entering the intersection.

From the right side of the vehicle driving direction to the left side of the crosswalk, the left shoulder part of the victim C (Y, 64 years old) who was a road in accordance with the pedestrian signals of the crosswalk was assigned to the right side of the road.

The Defendant suffered by negligence on the part of the Defendant, who did not go to the left-hand side of about 10 weeks of medical treatment.
