"2017 Highly 809"

1. The Defendant is the representative of social welfare foundation E located in Pyeongtaek-si D, who operates social welfare business by using 64 full-time workers.

Wages shall be paid directly in currency to workers in full, and shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date.

Nevertheless, from April 1, 2015 to the present date, the Defendant did not pay KRW 22,861,060,060, in total, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (except in 4,80,000 per annum), 22,861,060 per month or on the regular payment date of each allowance, as well as 22,861,060,00 won in total, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (except in 4,80,00 won per annum).
