1. The Defendant’s annual period from November 13, 2019 to January 2, 2020, as to KRW 146,261,081 and KRW 95,474,014 among the Plaintiff.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 and the whole pleadings, the defendant may recognize the fact that on August 30, 2012, the defendant extended a loan of KRW 100 million with interest rate of 2.07% per annum and 12% per annum for delay damages. The defendant's loans to be paid to the plaintiff are the total of KRW 146,261,081 (principal principal KRW 94,778,080, interest rate of KRW 695,934, delay damages amount of KRW 50,787,067) as of November 12, 2019.

According to this, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 146,261,081 won (the sum of the above amounts) and 95,474,014 won (the above principal and interest) from November 13, 2019 to January 2, 2020 (the service date of a copy of the complaint of this case) with 6% per annum (the service date of a copy of the complaint of this case) and delay damages calculated by 12% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment (the interest rate prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings).

The claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
