Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an individual constructor who was awarded a contract for the construction site portion of the Criart New Construction Site portion located outside Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and five parcels on November 20, 2008, with a contract amounting to KRW 7 billion9,280,000,000 from E and executed by 30 full-time workers.

The Defendant, at the above construction site from November 22, 2008 to March 24, 2009, served as the site manager, and was retired from office on November 2008, 350,000 won, including the amount of wages of 31,730,000 won, and did not pay 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment period between the parties concerned.
