A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2018, from around 19:00 to October 19:40 on September 20, 2018 to around 19:3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) kept sediments, shower rooms, shower rooms, and mixed sea of the former D building C, such as the Cheongju-gu Building C; (b) has employed women who are called the E and one-day “F” of the Thailand nationality as a sexual traffic woman and placed in each room; and (c) has reported it to the “G”, which is the site of the Internet arrangement of sexual traffic, received an average amount of KRW 90,00 won from the male descendants, and had the said women to have sexual intercourse with their descendants; (d) has paid an average amount of KRW 50,000 among them to sexual traffic women; and (e) the remainder, by the Defendant, operated a sexual traffic business establishment by acquiring it.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
