1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was appointed as a public educational official on April 1, 1978, and served as an assistant principal of the middle school B from September 1, 2014.

B. On October 15, 2015, C, a middle school teacher, filed a report with the Plaintiff on the fact that the Plaintiff infringed upon the Plaintiff’s educational rights by verbal abuse, etc. on November 19, 2015, with the Committee for the Protection of School Educational Rights (hereinafter “School Rights Protection Committee”). On November 30, 2015, the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education (hereinafter “Si School Rights Protection Committee”) requested the Defendant to conduct an audit on the Plaintiff’s petition of 24 teaching staff members of the B Middle School, who insult the Plaintiff’s teachers, (i) speech and behavior, (ii) cooperation on duties, and (iii) lack of communication among teachers.
