On August 30, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of at least 0.05% of blood alcohol concentration on August 30, 2014, and the Defendant driven approximately KRW 200 meters of the B Crack vehicle in front of the Dongambridge located in the same 448 square-ro, Dongambro, Dongambro, in the vicinity of the end party in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
