1. Basic facts

A. The land was divided into N on May 7, 2007 into Daegu-gu M (the site was partially divided into N on May 7, 2007, and the land before division was referred to as “M before division,” and the land after division was referred to as “M after division,” but 485.2 square meters out of the total area on May 7, 2007 was divided into N, and the said M was reduced to 1722.3 square meters;
