Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on September 22, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Larceny;
A. At around 12:10 on May 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft in front of the victim C’s DNA LFstna vehicle parked in the parking lot for 134 Yudon datum datum located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) opened an unlocked driver’s seat; and (c) cut off the cash, which is the victim’s possession, located in the pocket book located therein.
B. On May 14, 2016, around 20:16, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked driver’s door in front of the victim E’s F Uidi A7 vehicle parked in the parking lot of the water datum of the said lot; and (b) cut off one of the 18K gold Bans in excess of 500,000 won at the market price owned by the victim at that place.
2. On May 8, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 12:13, in front of HK7 vehicles owned by the victim G that were parked in the parking lot of the datum datum of the Dolled area; (b) the Defendant opened and opened an unlocked driver’s seat and did not discover any stolen object but failed to do so.
From around that time to May 14, 2016, the Defendant attempted to steal property by entering a vehicle in the same way seven times in total, such as the list of crimes, from around that time to around 20:47.
[2016 Highest 3274] On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door of the LMW vehicle parkeded by the victim K and stolen cash of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, in the J shopping mall underground parking lot located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
[2016 Highest 3275] On March 19, 2016, the Defendant opened a steering gate that was parked on the fourth floor of the building underground in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul and opened a steering gate that was not corrected for the car, and was in the car center box.
