Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On April 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 20:20, and driven the three-lane road on the street in front of the SK KK KU-dong located in the Cheongju-dong, Cheongju-dong, U.S., according to the left-hand turn turn to the right-hand turn.

At that place, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed.

In such cases, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to confirm whether there is a vehicle passing through the intersection by checking well the front side of the vehicle, and to prevent the accident by driving safely according to the traffic signal in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to make a U-turn in violation of the signal and brought the front part of the U-turned part of the U.S. car driven by the victim C (Nam, 39 years old at the south and the 39 years old) on the right side of the Cheongju market.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim C by negligence in the course of business for about two weeks of medical treatment.
