1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a church belonging to the assembly of the religious organization B and its affiliated GEU.

As a result of the appointment of H as a delegated pastor, the conflict is continued by dividing the Plaintiff church into the members supporting H (hereinafter “I”) and the Defendants, the head, as well as the opposing members (hereinafter “J”). On July 17, 2012, the G Labor Association established a settlement mediation committee to establish a settlement mediation committee and delegate all the rights of the G Labor Council to the settlement mediation committee, and had the settlement mediation committee act on behalf of the temporary chairperson.

B. At around February 19, 2013, Defendant E and F, the representative of H, K and J, who is the principal of the I as the presence of the Reconciliation Commission, had “Agreement for the Division of Accom Association” with the following content:

(1) On January 1, 200, I agree to the division of the J church and receive the rule of view of the G Labor Union Settlement Mediation Committee for the division of church. 2) I shall deposit the development cost of KRW 350,000,000 through the Joint Council to the head of the Tong for the division of church.

Provided, That KRW 200,000,000 shall be deposited by March 30 and the balance of KRW 150,000 shall be deposited by May 30.

3) On or after the date of providing exploitation costs, the ISI shall withdraw all civil and criminal lawsuits and shall not thereafter bring any civil and criminal lawsuits as related to the contents that have been filed. 4) It is prohibited from slandering the J at the time of towing or advertising.

2. Contents 1 of the agreement between the J of the A school community 1) The J of the A school community 1) consents to the division of a church with the I community, and all the procedures for the division of a church are taken by the G Labor Association Reconciliation Mediation Committee. 2) The J side of the A school community 19 February 2013 shall withdraw all civil and criminal lawsuits within one week after agreement between the I community community and the I community for the division of a church and all the civil and criminal actions related to the proposed contents.
