Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates accommodation business with the trade name of “B”.

Any person who intends to run a lodging business shall have prescribed facilities and equipment and report thereon to the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, from July 2012 to September 10, 2013, from Busan Shipping Daegu to September 10, 2013, three out of 50 square meters were used as guest rooms, and the guest rooms were provided to an unspecified number of customers who find the places for 4-50,000 won and receive about 50-60,000 won, thereby making a lodging business.
