A. Determination of a fine of eight million won against the defendant
B. The above fine is imposed on the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B’s joint crime committed by Defendant B, C, and Defendant C (hereinafter “H”) committed on April 20, 2015 to September 30, 2016 is a person who operated “J” on the nine floor of the I building in Ansan-si from around April 20, 2015 to around September 30, 2016, and H was an employee of the said establishment for the same period. Defendant C was an employee of the said establishment from around July 2015 to January 10, 2016, and was operating the said establishment jointly with Defendant B.
Defendant
B, from April 20, 2015 to September 30, 2016, when operating the said establishment, from around April 20, 2015 to around September 30, 2016, Defendant C and H were employed as employees, and received 140,000 won at one time from male customers wishing to engage in sexual traffic, and paid the remainder to sexual traffic women after acquiring 60,000 won as the cost of providing a place. Defendant C and H received 140,000 won from male customers wishing to engage in sexual traffic, and made a settlement of profits with Defendant C and profits in the course of jointly operating the said establishment.
Accordingly, Defendants and H conspired, from April 20, 2015 to September 30, 2016, Defendant B conspiredd with H for the entire period. Defendant C conspired from July 2015 to Defendant C. Defendant C arranged sexual traffic for business from July 2015 to September 30, 2016. Defendant C arranged sexual traffic.
2. From August 14, 2003, Defendant A owned the 9th floor of, and the 10th floor of, the 10th floor of, Ansan-si I building located in the “J” and resided together with her husband’s O; and C had operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “P” from the said 9th floor around August 14, 2006 to September 16, 201, subject to a summary order of KRW 5 million on June 7, 2007, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on June 2, 201, and there was no change in the interior of the said 9th shop thereafter.
