Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as the representative director of the Company A, performed the construction work of D’s office building and repair, and the construction work of the shot beam and columns with factory heading in Daegu Northern-gu C from November 5, 2012 to December 5, 2012, and overall control over the field supervision and safety management.

Where there is a concern that the workers might be reduced due to work in the charge book exposed to them or in the vicinity thereof, the business owner shall cut off the course before entering the work.

As a result, the Defendant did not take measures to prevent risks from work, caused the victim E to die in images caused by electric shock at the same place, and at the same time suffered injury to the victim F by both sides of electric utility (three degrees) in need of approximately four weeks of treatment.

2. Defendant A, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), committed an offense against the Defendant’s business as above.
