Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 14:20 on September 20, 2013, the Defendant taken video images against his will, as described in the attached list of crimes, on the name, which could cause sexual humiliation or a sense of sexual shame on five occasions, by using a cell phone (aphone 4) owned by the Defendant, a part of the inner part of the fucks located in the fucks located in the Seoul mid-gu Seoul Central District Transfer 122 subway 1 Line Seoul.
