The defendant's KRW 270,000,000 and its related interest to the plaintiff shall be 5% per annum from April 6, 2017 to April 18, 2017.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. On January 5, 2017, the Plaintiff asserts that he/she filed a claim with the Defendant for the return of KRW 270,000,000 for membership deposit to the golf club membership, and that the Defendant promised to refund the said membership deposit within three months from the above claim date, and that he/she would pay 5% delay damages per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from January 5, 2017, the above claim date until April 18, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case. However, the Plaintiff’s assertion itself is apparent that the payment period for the return of the said membership deposit is April 5, 2017, and the delay damages can be claimed from the next day. The portion of the above claim for delay damages claimed by the Plaintiff is dismissed from January 5, 2017 to April 5, 2017.

3. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
