A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 5, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes”) driven a road in front of the Immigration Office located in 265 wirelessly on a leisure hour with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.193%, and led the Defendant to proceed to the C Hospital in the area

On December 14, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on December 14, 2001; the summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for the same crime from the same support on December 3, 2003; the summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for the same crime from the same support on December 6, 2005 to the same crime; the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime on May 14, 2008; the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for imprisonment with labor for the same crime from the same support on April 10, 2015; and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for the same crime.
