Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above judgment against the defendants is made for one year from the date of the above judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who has been married with D around September 5, 2001. A is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with D.

On May 16, 2013, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once at an influence room of an influence hotel located in a strike.

B. Around May 29, 2013, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once at a felbel’s furine room located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu.

C. Around June 13, 2013, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once from the felbel’s felbel located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu.

On June 21, 2013, the Defendant sent sex B and once to G hotel rooms located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant was sent to the above B more than four times.

2. Defendant B knew that the above Defendant was a spouse of the above A, and even at the time and place specified in the above 1. Paragraph, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with A respectively as mentioned above.
