1. The plaintiffs' primary and primary claims against the main defendants and the conjunctive defendants.

Basic Facts

The plaintiffs are those who established and operated each street store (Plaintiff A M and N, Plaintiff B J, K, andO) on the ground from around October 31, 1992 to around February 2008 when they leased part of the passage between the market buildings in the customary market in Q from the non-party P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”).

The defendant C market consolidation project association (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant C market consolidation project association") is a market consolidation project association established with owners of land or buildings in the zone where the market improvement project is implemented in order to promote the modernization of the above C market, which was selected on June 5, 2006, under the former Special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets (amended by Act No. 7945, Apr. 28, 2006; hereinafter referred to as the "Special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets") and its establishment was registered on June 30, 2006 after obtaining authorization for the establishment from the old L market on July 10, 2006. The defendant D Committee sold a commercial building newly constructed through the above market improvement project, and the defendant E, F, the defendant E, the member of the defendant association, the auditor of P, and the defendant G were employed as the head of the defendant association.

On March 6, 2007, the above C market, including the plaintiffs in the process of confirming the status of union members and the removal of street stores and the transfer of site, filed a lawsuit against the defendant union established by only the owners of the C market building and the site, seeking the confirmation of the status of union members as 2007Gahap1859, Jung-gu District Court 2007Gahap1859. Accordingly, the defendant union filed a counterclaim against the above 32 persons, including the plaintiffs, seeking the removal of street points and delivery of the site.

On September 21, 2007, the above court dismissed all the above 32 main claims including the plaintiffs, and the above 32 persons including the plaintiffs, by citing all the counterclaims against the defendant union.
