Reasons
Punishment of the crime
(g)The Defendant is the head of the Seoul Central Franch Branch, C is the Seoul Welfare Council, D is the former Seoul Welfare Council, E is the Seoul Welfare Council, and E is the National Federation Chairperson.
1. The Defendant and C interfered with the business of the Defendant and C et al. caused by civil litigation against the (G)B Federation to be subject to seizure of (G) B’s business account for the head of each City/Do branch office. The Defendant and C decided to visit the Federation by combining the complaints with the heads and members of each Seoul metropolitan branch office.
Around 11:00 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant and C found at the National Federation's office of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF building 903-1 (g) to have 30 branches and members under Seoul, and opened the above office. They entered the National Federation's office and opened a clock and a stop line, etc., and incidentally, they enter the National Federation's office, and called the victim E (E, South and 61 years old), or write a letter. The Defendant and C demanded employees of the above Federation to either put a coffee or write out of the office, and they jointly interfere with the operation of the victim's central association by force.
B. At around 10:00 on May 16, 2014, the Defendant and C had 30 and more members of each branch office under Seoul Central Federation office opened a entrance in spite of whether employees belonging to the said Federation were posted, and opened the said office and opened the said office, and jointly interfered with the operation of the said Central Federation by force for about seven hours, such as taking a bath or sound, and having employees out of the office.
