Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:40 on July 31, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-string motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.070% during a section of approximately 1km from the front of a restaurant located in the Songdong-gu Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon to the front of the new road located in the Dong-gu, Daejeon.
